This is a well-made product and it’s made in the USA. The company stands behind their products very strongly. Now I do also. RecommendedCollar could have been stronger with less expense if a sicker grade of collar was used as one solid pieceWhen I ordered this collar for my dads dog I was excited for her to have a pretty collar, but when I got it the information Was wrong and now we can’t use the collarI loved the collar and I had hoped it would last. However my 9 month old puppy got it off my Senior dog within 2 days and it’s chewed up. Not the sellers fault it really was a nice collar. When the puppy outgrows her collar removal skills I’ll reorder.Thick Leather, Colors are accurate. We purchased 2 of these for an 1.5 year old Akita and a 1.45 yer old German Shepherd. Very active hard playing dogs in excess of 100 pounds each. Allow for some stretching. My pups pull at each others colors. I may need to add an additional hole. However the quality of these allow for an additional hole without jeopardizing the integrity of the product.Engraving is also quality. Easy to read and depth appropriate. I doubt I will need to re-purchase for a few years but am glad that this is a quality company that should be around when that need arises.Shipping was 3 days from a weekend order date. Purchased Sunday Arrived Tuesday.The collar was very nice material! I was impressed with that. Placement of the metal ID tag was pretty crooked. I felt this would be an easy fix with a little attention to detail, so I was disappointment with that. My pooch is still wearing it though! We love the colors!This is by far one of the best companies to deal with. They were super accommodating when I needed to return my collar because I ordered the wrong size. They sent a return packing slip right away via email, replaced the the collar with a new one and returned it promptly. The collar is EXCELLENT quality and I will definitely recommend and use them again!!! Also they are made in America, located in NC which was a huge plus for me! Thank you for our beautiful collar. I did not include a photo because the engraving has our contact info on it! But this is the second collar I’ve ordered from them, our new dog needed one too!I love the fit of the collar. It fits very true. The name plate is excellent in case our dog is lost as it allows for plenty of information. The first collar I bought fit so well, this is the second in just a couple of weeks. My GSD is just 11 weeks old and going into a medium collar as soon as the new one arrives. She adjusted very quickly so the collar is very comfortable as there was little to no resistance when putting her first real collar on her. I’ll be purchasing more of these in the future. The one thing I’d like is a nameplate that can be moved from one collar to another. Otherwise, this is beautiful, functional, and comfortable. Thank you!
